Roxby Downs Carnival – Saturday 28th November
All swimmers should have completed their event nominations form for our carnival and passed on these forms to Tanya. If you have not yet done so, please contact Tanya ASAP to ensure you do not miss out on this event.

For swimmers who have already nominated for our carnival, some swimmers have not nominated a stroke for the BBB events (Backstroke, Breaststroke or Butterfly) Please contact Tanya if you think this could be you otherwise backstroke will be entered as a default for swimmers in this category.

Roxby Downs Carnival – Parent & Community Helpers
Running our carnival requires around 40 personnel on deck working at all times – including 18 time keepers and another 20 official roles such as marshalling, starter, recorders tent etc…
Parents will be required to assist at the carnival throughout the day mostly in time keeper roles. If you know of anyone else who can assist with time keeping, family or friends, please let Julie know. This is an easy job and allows a great view of each swim.

The more offers of assistance the more the work load can be spread and breaks given. All help will be greatly appreciated.

Pool Access Reminder – We have been advised by Roxby Leisure that as of next week, all members must have a valid pool swipe card and swipe each time they access the pool. These passes are organised through Roxby Leisure and old cards can be programmed again and reused. Members not producing a card will not be granted access to the pool.

Swimmers under the age of 10 must have a parent or carer over the age of 18 present at all times during training.

Account Payment Option
Please note that fees can now be paid online from our website using Paymate. Anyone with outstanding accounts can now pay by credit card online. Please email if you have any problems setting this up.
